We provide appraisals for lending purposes such as purchases, refinances, PMI removal, home equity, and construction loans. We also provide appraisals for estates, divorce settlements, foreclosures, bankruptcies, state property tax assessment appeals, and pre-listing valuations. We appraise a wide range of properties including single family homes, multi-family rentals, new construction, condos, manufactured homes, waterfront properties, equestrian properties, and farms.

  • We pride ourselves on delivering the appraisal report to the customer before or by the requested due date, guaranteed. We generally inspect the property and deliver the appraisal to the customer within 4-5 business days.

  • Our appraisal fees are based on the scope of the assignment and difficulty of the property being appraised. We ask that you contact us directly and we will provide you with a free quote after researching the property.

  • Our appraisers and staff are available to answer any questions you may have about the appraisal process or report by phone and email.

  • We send a copy of the appraisal report to the client directly via email. We can also mail a paper copy upon request.

Our Founder and Lead Appraiser

Peter Randall Pearre is the founder and lead appraiser of Maryland Appraisal Company. Randall is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

With nearly a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and sales, Randall has a strong grasp of current market conditions and trends. Randall is certified by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to complete FHA appraisals and is well-trained on the strict rules and regulations.

Randall currently resides on the family horse farm in Frederick County, Maryland with his wife Fallon.
